Nephilim will not disclose your information to any third parties, except where that information is necessary in order to complete the final transaction (please see Paypal's Privacy Policy for further details) or unless required to do so by law.

Whilst Nephilim strives to protect our website and information to the best of our abilities, please be aware that the internet is an insecure medium and no data transmission is guaranteed to be secure.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Nephilim purchase, you may return the item(s) that have been purchased at nephilim.com.au for an exchange of equal value or store credit within 14 days of receipt. In order to qualify for return, items must be unworn, in new condition and undamaged. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Nephilim is not responsible for jewellery that is damaged or that goes missing during transit to us, so if you are concerned about this, please ensure items are insured and well packaged.

In order to arrange a return, please contact Nephilim with the following information in order to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before returning the goods - all returns must be accompanied by a RMA number:

Please note that earrings may not be returned due to health reasons.

Faulty product

Should you receive any faulty item(s), please contact Nephilim immediately in order to arrange for an exchange of equal value, store credit or refund.

Damaged goods during transit

Should you receive your shipment with damaged contents, please contact Nephilim within 14 days of receipt in order to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Please keep all original wrapping and packaging for inspection by your postal service.

Import taxes, duty, tariffs

Nephilim is not responsible for any charges such as import taxes or duty tariffs that may be incurred when ordering from outside of Australia.
